Thank you for your interest in our wonderful vacation home! We offer two ways to book your stay with us. If you have questions before booking, or you are a returning visitor, you can send an inquiry via our contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

When completing the booking form, please enter the total number of guests in your party aged 3 and above. If there will be any children in your party under the age of 3, please notify us in the comments section so that we can prepare the house properly for your stay. Any other special requests? Don’t hesitate to ask!

Please check availability first. When you hit the “book it” button, the total rental fee including cleaning and lodging taxes are shown. Security Deposit will be added later.

All rates are per night based on the maximum of 16 guests (children up to 2 years free)

#Minimum stay requirement inapplicable in instances where insufficient nights are available

A booking fee of $500 applies to every booking for:
fresh linen, bath & pool towels, basic toiletries, paper products, coffee, tea, sugar, oils, and a standard cleaning on departure.

We require a damage protection through a CSA insurance in the amount of $ 99 per booking. A separate payment request will be sent through the insurance provider.

Additional fees:

Lodging tax 8.5%

Guests staying for more than one week, will accept additional cleaning for every week during their stay in the amount of $ 200.

This includes new linens and towels as well as basic cleaning.

Can I get a breakdown of the total cost?

When placing an inquiry you will get a rental quote. The quote includes the nightly rate, taxes, and cleaning fees. The refundable security deposit is not included in the quote. Upon booking, you will also receive the total cost breakdown in a confirmation e-mail.

Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We send a reminder e-mail one week before it is due. If you would like to charge the same card as initial booking, you do not need to do anything. Our system will automatically charge the card on file. If you would like to change the card, you must call us before final payment is due. Final payments are processed before 10 a.m. on due dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

If it is necessary to cancel reservations, please notify us as soon as possible. If a cancellation is made prior to thirty (30) calendar days from the arrival date, a full refund minus 10% of amount paid will be returned. For cancellations with less than thirty (30) days notice, no refund of payment will be given. No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.

However, we will try to re-rent the house. If the house is re-rented at the same rate for the entire period of your original reservation, at no loss to the owner, then Guest will receive the balance of the advance Payment less an

amount equal to 10% of the total. All refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the re-rented advance Confirmation Payment. If the house is not re-rented, no refund shall be paid. If possible, a good faith effort may also be made to arrange another acceptable date. If, for any reason, the Owner cancels a confirmed reservation or the Property is rendered uninhabitable, other than as a result of a default by Guest or an invitee of Guest, the Owner will refund deposit and balance of Guest.
