This vacation home offers the best of both worlds: private lake side with a view into nature and only a few minutes to the beach.

It is possible to cruise on Floras Lake on a boat, water skis, jet skis or with a canoe as well as raft down the Floras Creek. Floras Lake is also the mecca for kite-boarders and windsurfers in Oregon. If that is not enough, head to the beach and stroll on all the flat sand and ocean surf you can ever want.

Location

Lakefront home near the beach with private boat dock

This spacious 3.950 sq ft home situated on 1.3 acres with 130 ft of lake front with full southern exposure. The main house (3.200 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa can be used for groups up to 8 guests. The apartment (800 sq ft) has a separate entrance on the side of the building. The spaces can be rented separately – allowing privacy for both parties.

Floras Lake is situated just over the dune from the ocean, allowing easy access to the beach. A large private boat dock can be used to tie up boats, jet skis, canoes, etc. This boat dock and beach fron can be used by both rental groups.

Floras Lake is a mecca for windsurfers and kite boarders. It is also a great spot for swimming as well as fishing.

Great Golf courses are also nearby as well as many beautiful hiking trails.

The Main House

The house is built on two levels.

The upper level has a large fully-equipped kitchen open to the dining area as well as the living room with high ceilings, a large fireplace and expansive windows overlooking the lake. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also on the upper level.

On the lower level of the home there are two large comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have king sized beds with large windows towards the lake. One of the rooms has an additional pull-out futon sofa for two more guests as well as a fireplace, TV with DVDs and a sliding door opening towards the hottub.

Sun Porch

The upper level of the house facing the lake has a large sun-porch as well as a wind protected dining area so you can enjoy this tremendous view all day long, relaxing in comfortable beach chairs, eating your meals at the dining table, resting on loungers or enjoying a barbecue. A gas BBQ is available. A hottub facing the lake is on the lower level.

Entertainment

One TV on the upper level as well as a second TV, DVD player and fireplace in the family room. A pool table in another room on the upper level provides indoor activity for all.
